I really surprise how good they are! I got scratches by my cat. Because this is during the Covid pandemic, first they were consulting on the phone with me very patiently. And they gave me a vaccination immediately since they decided I need a vaccination. Very fast and nice experience with them. Definitely recommend them!
Extremely slow clinic -Please avoid it at any cost, not worth wasting your time there. Not much help either. They also never answer their phones.
We arrived at 3:20. Their closing time is 4 but we were told they stopped taking patients at 2:30. I’m definitely not going back. I’m not sure if their policy is even legal.
Horrible place with zero customer care. Refused to take my 4 year old daughter when we showed up before the last patient take in time that was confirmed by the phone. They cannot stick to their own word.
