I have spent years trying to find a great family doctor, and I am so happy I found not just a great doctor Dr. Koupaei but also a great office. The medical reception and the medical team are all so helpful and are there for you when you need them. Can't thank you enough. Such a relief to finally find the medical support I needed.

Dr Hamidreza Majlessi - very professional , helpful , knowledgeable and kind. You can really call him “The Good Doctor” . Taking time for each of his patients for solving their problems.

I was told on phone that STD testing can be done here. When I visited, I was asked to wait for 40 minutes until the doctor arrived only to give me a form and ask me to go to any lab for the test. They won’t do it here lol Unprofessional and chaotic, please avoid!

I was looking for a family Dr a few years ago but no one was available due to covid time. Then I went to this clinic and both Dr khakpour and Dr. Kopaie were so kind and caring. They are not just good Drs but also great humans. The receptionists are also polite and very helpful

I am being treated for two difficult conditions and I can say that Dr. Majlessi Koupaei Hamidreza's care, interest and expertise have been of great help. His assistant is great also but I don't recall her name.

The people working here are so professional and so kind ever! especially receptionists. The best walk-in clinic in Toronto

Hours posted for Mondays are incorrect only current reason for negative review - one would imagine it would be important for a medical clinic to have accurate hours. Walked in a bit after 6pm and was told they were closed. Neither receptionist knew of an open one in the area. Seemed nice inside though, masks available for visitors.

The clinic have the best accommodating Doctors and staffs. Very KNOWLEDGEABLE, FRIENDLY, UNDERSTANDING and HELPFUL.

Wishing everyone at NY City Center Medical Clinic a very Happy Holiday. I am so happy that I found this clinic. All the Doctors and staff are absolutely amazing, kind, caring and friendly. I am so grateful to Dr. Ali Khakpour for his perfect diagnosis and treatment. He is the best I have encountered in Toronto. Thank you Dr. Ali for being my doctor. Shirley at the front greets me so warmly with her kind words and smile that I begin to feel better right away. Nurse May has a cheerful disposition and ever so kind and helpful. I always leave the clinic feeling so much better:

I tried calling the clinic to book an appointment and the lady on the phone seemed like she had an eastern european accent told me that I could come in on Monday and she did not even bother asking me for information time, name, my phone number. She went silent for a few seconds and dropped the call. Very unprofessional and extremely unhelpful! I am very disappointed.
