Excellent care from Dr. Kaplansky. The new receptionists are amazing and understanding. Even the nurse who takes blood does it so well. Highly recommend this medical centre. Excellent care and support.

Dr. Kaplansky is a special family doctor, patient, thoughtful, and thorough. Can't say enough about the care he provides.

I have been with Dr B Amin since she started at the clinic & she’s very caring, an excellent listener. She’s always pretty on top of your history, meds, what’s due etc. She has an amazing memory as there are things that she reminds me of; other family members. She’s cared for my elderly Mother for years too.

Our family has been under Dr. Stephen Elliott Shapero's excellent care for some 46 years. He is caring, knowledgeable, dedicated with a sense of humor and gentle bedside manner. My parents, both in their 90's think very highly of Dr. Shapero.

Avoid at all costs, shockingly rude reception, getting a simple script refilled is next to impossible. If you can, go elsewhere.I mean why become a doctor, if you don’t care about people - at all?

Dr. Kaplansky is the best. He wants to get to know you and does his best to help. His approach is consistent with someone who is practising medicine for all the right reasons. To care, help and heal. He has a charming bedside manner too. More doctors should be like him!!

Had a call scheduled today for 10:40am today, & they never called. When I called them at 11:20am to reschedule the appointment, they told me they're booked solid for weeks, not happy.

All the best if you are trying to call them to book an appointment. They never pick up and don't take voice mails. Even when you get it, they try everything to not let you look the appointment with the doctor. Rude staff and unprofessional receptionist.

This is ridiculous it takes 2 weeks before you can get an appointment and its not even an in person appointment its a phone appointment. I'll be searching for a new doctor for my kids.

Dr. Stephen Shapero is the best doctor ever. Please dont retire.
