Dr. Arzem and his staff do an incredible job at making my dog feel comfortable during her vet visits. She gets very anxious at the vet, and they were very patient and gentle with her the entire time. I highly recommend bringing your pet here for vet services!
I suppose to drop off my 2 cats to North Yonge Veterinary Hospital for my family trip end of August but have to cancel at last minute. I totally forgot to inform them until I receive their reminder email which I can tell they're so well organize especially the staff Briar who is so nice and understandable. I am so glad to find this place which is so close to my home and from what I experienced this time, I feel so comfortable to have my 2 cats staying in their place for all future travel arrangement...
I have had nothing but positive experiences here. I feel safe knowing my furry babies are in caring, kind, knowledgeable hands. Everyone is so friendly I would definitely recommend this vet to all my family and friends!
I switched to North Yonge because of the quality of care that Dr. Gary Arzem provides. He covers all the bases and routinely goes above and beyond when examining and treating my dog. He is also responsive if I need to get squeezed in for an emergency issue that has cropped up overnight with my senior dog.
Not our regular vet. Our puppy had diarrahea and our regular vet couldn't see her. I called North Yonge and they were able to fit her in. Although I was a half hour late they still saw us. She is completely recovered now. Big thanks to all involved.
We have had several animals that were taken care of by Dr Azram, for over 20 years NEVER an issue. This past January has been beyond disappointing in regards to the staff. We unfortunately had to euthanized our Golden last Wednesday. My son let the technician Briar know and to let Dr Azram know as well. I dropped off some unused medications and only than 5 days later did Dr Azram acknowledged the passing of our pet. Beyond disappointed......compassion = 0
I have been taking my 2 cats to North Yonge Veterinary Hospital since I got them 7 years ago. Dr. Arzem is by far the most compassinate, caring, competent, knowledgeable professional there is. Dr. Arzem cares about his furry patients and is always there to answer questions, put your mind and fears at ease and to make sure your pets get the best care possible. I love my cats very much, and knowing they are in his care means the world to me. I would recommend North Yonge Veterinary Hospital to anyone who loves their pets and wants the best care for them. 5 stars are not enough, I would give them a million stars rating and beyond!
Can not be more pleased for the attention from everybody at North Yonge Veterinary Hospital. I walked-in without an appointment, after going to 3 other places, and they were kind enough to make us a space for my dog to be checked by Dr. Arzem. Thank you once again.
I had an emergency with my dog and wanted to take her to the nearest vet. Only 1 star because the staff were gentle with our senior dog. They got all her medical history but couldn't diagnose her correctly and told us she's fine, while she was seriously ill. Paid $220 for the visit and a useless eyedrop.
Generally when someone leaves a review it’s because the experience or product was so amazing or just plain terrible. Unfortunately in this case it’s the latter. Imagine you have a puppy who has had a couple ear infections over the last year. When you notice your puppy is exhibiting the same symptoms you reach out to the vet for the same medication to clear up the issue as it worked in the past. This was made out to be a very large exception because they weren’t examining the puppy and charging their fee. Off to the vet we go back to pick up the ear drops. We get there at 2:02 pm and just after closing time of 2pm. Three people are visible from the front door and the door is open. I enter and ask if I can pick up my puppies ear drops and was told to come back tomorrow. Tried to explain it took 20 minutes to get there and if I could pick up today it would be much appreciated. This was met with an apathetic and insincere apology that I’d have come back tomorrow as the computers had been turned off. So…my puppy will have an ear infection for another day and the office showed they care little about animals or the owners that care for them. Glad this place showed me who they truly are and absolutely not the place to be trusted with our beloved family puppy. So my recommendation is anywhere but this place!
