I went to this clinic for a second opinion to assess the condition and possible treatment of my beloved 15 yo cat. She has a thyroid problem but quite recently has also developed a presumptive feline injection site sarcoma, which was very concerning. There are no words to express the quality of care my cat and I received. All of my questions were answered along with the very detailed hand holding to make a decision on possible treatments and future implications that surpassed my expectation. Simply said this clinic is the best of the best. Highly recommend.

Staff is extremely caring , helpful, and they truly care about your pets wellbeing. Unfortunately our dog likes to get in to everything eat stuff he shouldn’t so we’ve been there one too many time. But every time it’s been the same experience when it comes to the staff and them being knowledgeable and caring for the situation. It is expensive however it is an emergency clinic. Thank goodness for pet insurance

My Husband and I had to rush our 2 yr old Chihuahua mix in last night after a sudden collapse and vomiting. The staff helped us right away and took excellent care of our baby. The vet's and technicians explained everything to us and were quickly able to diagnose him with a sever allergic reaction. They gave us all our treatment options and were able to treat our baby right away. Today he is doing amazing and it is all thanks to the staff at 404 Emergency and Referral Hospital. On behalf of our family Thank You so much for you compassionate and professional care!

My utmost thanks to the kind and caring staff, from the receptionist to the vet tech and the vets. This was our 2nd occasion to bring a very ill kitty to them. Both times we received outstanding care for our fur babies. The final outcome we knew was going to be sad but their kindness made it more bearable.

Thank you so much to the awesome staff at 404 Vet Hospital! Unfortunately I had to bring our chihuahua in a few days ago after he drank some dirty/stagnant water while outside. He soon began vomiting continuously for several hours and was quickly becoming dehydrated. The staff and doctors were so kind and extremely thorough. They calmly explained everything to me and did not pressure me to do anything that wasn't necessary. After giving him some medications he finally stopped vomiting but then had an allergic reaction to one of the meds (he's super sensitive to ANY kind of medication) so I had to bring him back (they didn't charge me for the 2nd visit since it was within 48hrs) once again the staff was so kind and gave our dog so much love. Would definitely recommend this hospital! Especially in an emergency situation!!
