Our puppy loves the staff there! She always gets so excited when we go. Disappointed though that more recently when our puppy was having medical incident they didn’t have time to check her out in her time of need even for 5 min to advise if there was a serious issue requiring surgery etc and were told we’d have to take her to pet hospital instead which is considerably more expensive. Made us question what was use in going to this vet clinic if when your puppy is actually sick they won’t take care of them. Could have just been an off day not entirely sure but figured I would mention it. Other than that no issues just have to keep an eye on extra charges like you would any other vet Had incident about a year ago where we specifically have said no to something that costed extra and saw them incorrectly mark it as if we said yes. Luckily we spotted their mistake before it cost us money.
For the last two years I’ve brought both my cats to the Bayview Wellington Vet Clinic and have to say the staff is AMAZING!! They deliver the most friendly, professional and knowledgeable service I've ever experienced with any other Vet Clinic. I have the utmost confidence in them knowing that my pets are getting the very very best care. So, a very big thank you to Dr. Regan Morris, Emily, Judy, Maria and Lindsay.
My dog has been seeing Dr. Morris for the past 10 years, I loved how patient and genuinely caring she is for her patients and although their prices are higher than other vets, I didn't mind paying more for good care. The experience has changed in the recent 3 years, I've been booked to see other vets at the clinic without them first telling me. My dog and my sister's dog has been essentially turned away by offering appointments that are too long to wait on several occasions when our pet needed medical attention so we ended up going to the emergency instead. Their fees has increased much more than other vets I've asked around and has become more of a cash grab now. My dog is seeing a cardiologist at their clinic, on top of paying for the exam I have to pay for their travel fee for the cardiologist to travel to Bayview Wellington clinic and communication fee for the cardiologist to tell the vet what the findings were. It's a bit absurb to me that these are considered normal charges so I spoke to other vet clinics to see if this is normal practice, apparently it isn't. It's very sad that I will be switching vets after being seen here for over a decade and a better part of my pets life.
This is the best place on the planet to take your pets hands down and they also specialize in pet dental!!!!! A++ staff is gentle and kind. I couldn't ask for more!!!! Thank you so much for looking after my cat chucky.
The doctors and staff are wonderful and very knowledgeable. I'm new to the area and they were able to see my boy Jude almost immediately and they had him feeling better in just a couple of hours. Thank you so much.
Dr. Morris and her staff are great. They really know my dog, looking after her in a way that shows their care and concern . I never feel rushed, Dr. Morris takes her time to explain everything she does and all the options for my pet's examinations, treatments and routine care. Ally my dog has been a happy patient there for over 4 years. Thanks Dr. Morris!
Hands down the best vet you will find! I have been taking my 3 poodles to see Dr. Morris for the last 4 years and I have never had such amazing care for them. I drive a far distance just to be able to take them to see Dr. Morris and her team. They are extremely compassionate and kind. Dr. Morris is highly educated; sometimes I wonder how so much knowledge can fit into such a tiny person! My 3 dogs have had yearly exams from Dr. Morris, surgeries and dental care and I have never been happier with the care they have received. I would highly recommend the Bayview Wellington Vet clinic to anyone who is search for the best care for there pet!
Dr Bev Wong has been our dogs and cat's vet for many years since she was at a previous clinic. She's always got the pet's best interest and presents options. Most importantly, she is super kind and caring. We love her! Clinic staff are also very friendly and helpful.
Dr. Morris has been lovingly taken care of our cat and dog for the last 5 years. I cannot say enough good things about her team. They are kind, patient and compassionate. Dr. Morris is very knowledgeable and practices evidence-based medicine. She genuinely cares for our pets and continues to go above and beyond to ensure that they are living healthy and joyous lives.
