My family and I are extremely impressed with the service and care that is always provided at this clinic. The staff are all very kind, caring and knowledgeable - always going above and beyond. You can tell the staff genuinely cares about you and your pets. If you love your pets this is definitely where you want to go. We live over an hour away, but it’s worth the drive. The only regret we have is that we didn’t find this clinic sooner. They also have a points reward program which can help you save money. Thank you Armitage family for all your love and care!

I called the Armitage Animal Clinic when I was desperately searching for a vet that could take me in last minute, as my senior cat was in crisis. I had called everywhere to try and find a clinic that could do an emergency tooth pull and I was so lucky that this crisis led me to this this amazing group of people. I was scared for my senior kitty and already almost $1600 deep in vet bills from an emergency clinic when I called to see if they could help. They squeezed me in right away, and took my concerns and fears seriously. We quickly put an action plan together and my cat has been on a better path since. It's also worth mentioning that you will not find a better clinic for it's high level of communication! This cannot be understated in a time when communication is everything, and it was a lack of communication that brought me to them to begin with. My previous vet took days to get back to me about an appt and by then I had already seen the Armitage team and put together a game plan. The communication alone is worth making this your clinic of choice, never mind the amazing and truly caring staff - from the front desk to the veterinarians. There are plenty of vets in my area, but I have chosen to make Armitage my clinic despite a 30-40 min drive to get there because I have never felt more confident and at ease with a veterinarian in my life. The approach is gentle, but confident and I have never trusted a vet more. I would write more, but it will only be more gushing about the amazing experience I have had with the most outstanding staff and vet I have worked with. take your pet here with confidence! Great clinic, real pros. Dr. Williams has assembled a great, hard-working team. I love their bedside manor. If you have a concern, they address it. Dr's no BS approach is refreshing and, in my experience, doesn't oversell or use scare tactics. Just make sure you have the money for services rendered because there is no honor system in place, which is still fair. 5 *s

I'm very seldom write reviews, but would like to share my experience for others to read about: I feel that the staff at Armitage animal clinic truly care about animals, and love animals. This is very important to me. The staff are very courteous, and exceedingly polite. But most importantly, I truly believe that the staff genuinely care about your pet's well-being. We have brought both our cats into the clinic at one point they were both ill. The staff were clear to explain the diagnostics to us, but were also gentle and caring with the animal. If you are looking for a professional clinic, but also a clinic which genuinely cares about the animals well-being and comfort, you have found the right place. We were lucky to have found this place. Professional and caring staff! Been taking our furbabies to Armitage Animal Clinic for 20 years now! We live 40 min. away but it’s worth the drive when you know you can entrust your pet in their care. Also, they have great care plan options available and home delivery options via their vet store. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for veterinary services.

We took our baby Cosette to Dr Williams and her team, thinking nothing was wrong as we had never been told otherwise from other clinics. But they did a full analysis on her, and found problems with her Kidneys, the caught it early and recommended treatment and a diet change. We couldn't believe how she changed! Such a happier kitten! After more work and other visits, we are happy to report that she is doing so much better and has improved! They added years to her life and it's something that we could never repay! They really do care about you and your baby! You won't regret going there, they make you feel special and they truly look out for your best interest without ever feeling like they are trying to sell you on services or things you don't need. They even have the guts to deal with difficult animals like our boy Cyrus. @cyrusandcosette instagram. The new Vet Michelle is really amazing as well! Also, they always do a follow up after you visit, which I've never had before! 100% recommend them!

I honestly wish I could give 10 stars. This clinic is amazing. I just adopted very reactive Chihuahua who is terrified of everything and definitely wants you to know about it vocal as heck with lots of nips to punctuate it all. I needed to have her checked out for a training course and this clinic blew me away! The techs and the vet Dr. Sues knew exactly what to do to keep her under control. They taught me how to handle her to mitigate her reactions and they were so caring & affectionate with her even though she was nipping and barking the entire time. I was so impressed, I could have cried. I cannot recommend them enough!

Amazing, caring and thorough staff at Armitage Animal Clinic. I truly feel as though my fur babies are in the best of hands with Dr Williams and her staff. I have been using this vet for the past two and a half years and have had only positive experiences.

I never write online reviews but I felt the need to give Armitage Animal Clinic a glowing recommendation. Friendly and helpful staff who were upfront about my options and what the associated costs would be and treated my dog like a princess. VERY pleasantly surprised by this clinic.

I am so pleased with the service my senior dog Roids and I have received from this clinic. Dr William and her AMAZING staff are all so knowledgeable, caring, kind, and professional. Usually around this time of the year is when my dog experiences severe skin problems which causes other medical issues as well, but this year with the help of everyone at Armitage Animal Clinic he is doing amazing and was able to enjoy his birthday. My family and I are so impressed with how well he's doing this winter and extremely happy for him because he's not in any pain or discomfort. I usually go to a different vet, but after my experience at Armitage I will continue to come here. I live in Toronto, which is about an hr away, but it's definitely worth the drive. I originally went to Armitage because my dog had an ear infection and his skin was starting to act up again, but not only did the team fix his ear and skin issue without the use of any oral medication/antibiotics they also recommended a new diet to help him with his arthritis and within the first week of using it, I already noticed a drastic change.
