I recently sent a message in a panic looking for a 12 lbs. brisket, trimmed and ready for the smoker and I needed it that day. North Station Provisions was more than accommodating and I was able to pick it up that day. The quality of the brisket was fantastic, it was the best I have ever smoked. Great place for meat - highly recommend.
Small butcher shop with high quality products and very friendly staff! We got beef tenderloin to make tartare and it was one of the best I've made. We will definitely be back even if it's a little bit of a drive for us.
Amazing butcher shop! I have shopped here many times trying random different products as I go and I am very happy with the quality of everything throughout the store. Their in-store made broths and sauces are very good. They have a loyal customer in me!
The best prime rib I have ever cooked was provided by the awesome team at Northstation. We have enjoyed many meals from their grab and go fridges as well as great charcuterie and cheeses. The milk bread is a must and the orange ginger jam is a staple at our house. Thank you to Amanda and her team for providing great service, great quality and great selection.
Amazing quality meats and cheeses, best mustards and spreads I've ever had, and fantastic lunch sandwiches on amazing bread... great customer service and helpful staff. A local treasure.
I’m new to the area and was thrilled to discover this gem - I squealed with joy that they’re in Manotick, my jaw kept dropping as I browsed their top notch products. I timidly ordered some burger patties and sausages online quality stuff, so delicious and so fresh! to check them out, the staff were super nice and readily provided curbside pickup for me, which I really appreciate. I can’t wait to try more and more each week! Please don’t change and keep on rocking.
Best chicken ever herbalicious!!! And tonight, we just tried their best beef kebabs!!! Sausages were top notch. Frozen pizzas are amazing for a quick dinner in a pinch. Thank you for being in Manotick and making this community extra awesome! Also, the staff are so professional and friendly. This is THE butcher in town.
I have only tried a few things so far, and I can report so far so Great! Definitely will come back to sample more and more items. If this is editable I will update with some detail and specifics.
Glad to have a butcher nearby with bakery as well. Great selection of meats and custom cuts available to order.
So excited to visit for the first time today and pick up some delicious cheeses, eggs, homemade bread, local chicken breasts. I am now addicted to the smoked duck. Incredibly high quality, delicious food at very reasonable prices. Super cool to see all women behind the counter in this woman-owned shop. Yeah!
