Via Slack Coffee

Nice clean atmosphere selling quality coffee and made to order sandwiches at very reasonable prices. My only complaint is it would be nice to have a few more toppings to choose from instead of just lettuce tomatoes and pickles. Other than that I’ll surely be back.

Cups are not filled to the tops of the cups. One of the drinks- a flat white- was lukewarm and did not taste good at all. The other drinks were okay but not worth the price. The americano we received was filled only halfway up the cup and we had to ask for extra water. Service was incredibly slow- there was only one person working but it took over 30 minutes to receive 5 drinks 2 of which involved no milk/frothing. For starbucks prices we would have expected much better quality of drinks than what we received- we likely wont be returning.

The sign is easy to miss if you're in a hurry in the mornings but it's worth the stop. Answer to your prayers if you work on this side of Merivale and don't drive. Owner is friendly and passionate. Cafe is clean. Free wifi and serve Happy Goat coffee. Sandwiches are really tasty plus loads of pastry options.

Food was on the expensive side for the quality. Chia latte was not good, it was watery and had no flavour. Went in to give the owners a chance to remake the chia since at $5 I wasn’t really interested in purchasing a new one to see if it was any better. The front staff was very polite and admitted that she was not sure how to make one, but offered to get the owner. I left a note but unfortunately my request was not responded to. Disappointing first experience, won’t be returning to pay for a second.

Really disappointed, I went there the first time two weeks ago. I paid 10 dollars for a sandwich which consisted of a single slice of cheese single slice of meat and a single pickle with a generous heap of lettace. I have a couple Male friends in the area who have gotten a sandwich and shown me it, and it was filled to the brim with meat and stuffing so giving them the benefit of the doubt I went in again and told them "hey you only gave me a single slice of meat" they just said okay. I opened it once I got back to work and it was a single slice of everything again. Even passing by the other customer in the store, who got the same sandwich as me he had about 4 times the meat. I'm very dissatisfied and I will never go there again.

Very tasty sandwiches and pastries. Hand made there and pastries are made in their kitchen. Coffee is good and service is very friendly. They have couches to lounge in too.

Good coffee. Friendly staff. Visiting the area and found this location online and was happy that we decided to give it a try. Coffee was much better than the big chains...

Really dissapointed with my experience here. The grilled cheese looked extremely depressing, as if it was processed cheese between wonder bread. Got a Nanaimo bar it was dry, seemed old and fell apart. I drove all the way back to get a refund, will never be eating there again.

This is my second experience here. The coffee is great and the Scones are to die for. Service is beyond exceptional. Highly recommend coming here!

Very good and friendly service. The coffee is excellent and I like the fresh scones. Very tasty egg delight sandwich.
