Bakker's General Store

Best European store in the Ottawa area. He has so many variety of fresh sausages. He has a huge assortment of European candy he sells in bulk. Coffee, spreads, pickles, bread and buns. Lots of Dutch, Ukrainian and Polish products. A wonderful drive to Manotick Station.

I've probably come here maybe 30-35 times and the service and quality of anything that I've ever boughten or gotten here was been top notch. Every sandwich I've eaten has been 5 out of five. If somebody comes here and leaves anything less than a five-star review, they're lying.

It is worth the drive out to visit Bakker’s store. It is packed with all kinds of goodies, food, meats and frozen dinners. They specialize in Dutch food but we found some delicious deserts to take home. The staff are great and very knowledgeable.

Fantastic place if you are looking for European products. Lots of choices. They also have the deli section where you can order sandwiches! Delicious!!!

Absolutely lovely little store with Tons of european variety. I had the roast beef sandwhich which was delicious! Was nice to try sweets I've never tried before. Great store & deli! Friendly staff too!

Best shop in Ottawa for products from South Africa and Poland! Mrs Ball's Chutney, Knorr range of products, borewors, pepadews, and loads more. Well worth the visit!! Top marks
