I had an amazing experience buying from the wonderful team at NorthStar. I had been all around town multiple times with zero luck. They really went out of their way to work with me and the bank to get me the best deal in town, while also finding the perfect car for me and my needs! This is the only dealership in town where I actually felt valued and welcome. Super up front about anything and everything. I absolutely recommend NorthStar Auto to everyone, and will definitely be back if I ever need it!

Cheaters! Lied about everything with this car. I went to North Star Auto on Phillips Field Rd. I trusted them to be honest. They said that everything was repaired when they had there mechanic work on it. Well here is his weld. Now the engine started knocking and it has been less then 2 weeks. This is not okay. Don't trust North Star Auto Sales. This business is not BBB Accredited. Please read other reviews.

Died less then a week of driving. $23,800 hard earned money for this 2015 Ford F250 and these guy said they went through and through this truck with there mechanic. They will not take any responsibility, and said I must have been driving bad. The dealership said that the whole engine needs to be replaced now! The dealer ship said it would cost $11,600 dollars! How is there not a class action lawsuit against North Star Auto. I read so many other reviews like mine after the fact.

Bought a 2016 ram from them 2 weeks later started hearing really loud clunking noise. 4wd doesn’t work and also throwing codes. Do not recommend this place.

Scam and fraud. These people are so nice when they are trying to sale to you. My husband and I went in earlier this year to North Star Auto Sales on Phillips Field Rd and bought a family car. We just wanted something reliable and we disused how important this was and I had 16,300 to work with. I did not need the newest just the most reliable, working, without problems. Less then 5 days later the the oil was 5 quarts low making it almost impossible to keep up without spending so much money. The transmission also stopped going in reverse almost entirely. This hit our families finances really hard.

Mike and the owner Marc at North Star Auto Sales have great hospitality! The will help you get into the car you want and will not try to force another car on you. We came in to get car and it was looking unfortunate for a second, but we figured everything out and we got the car we came down there to get! Go down there and buy you an affordable/reliable vehicle for the lowest prices in town!

The staff is amazing and friendly! My husband brought a 2017 Honda CRV and the process was quick and fast. I traded in my 2012 Kia Sportage that had 304,024 miles on it and got a good deal. I would recommend North Star auto especially if you are looking for a reliable vehicle. The entire team is great and Mike Robert's knows his stuff. Thank you for again for a great experience.

Honest folks actually working to get people into a safe vehicle for an affordable price. They will work with you and they won’t hassle you or hang over your shoulder when you’re just browsing. My son just bought a used Outback here - and had a really positive experience. Honest and candid throughout, Mark owner was a breath of fresh air. It’s never considered a pleasure to work wort used car people — but Mark’s team and family treated us well, negotiated fairly - and we’re straight with us the whole time. We got a great value in a crazy inflated market! Highly recommend.
