Very nice, clean new park.  Spots are cement with all asphalt roads.  Nicely kept grass between parking spots.  My only complaint is that we woke up here this morning to all the electricity in the park being shut off for some kind of maintenance. It was shut off sometime between 6 and 8 am.   After inquiring at the office, we were told it could be shut off all day.  There was absolutely no notice or warning..we have been here 3 nights already and plan to stay 2 more,  so it's not like we just got here. Since it was a planned outage for maintenence/upgrades, and not an emergency situation, a note on the door, or being informed when we checked in would have been nice.  $65 per night and no electricity!  We are not happy campers this morning!

Lived here for 3 yrs. Quiet, good wifi, and cable tv dog park, pool and a nice clubhouse. Security cameras on 24/7, and the managers are very nice. It us close enough to shopping and far away from the hustle and bustle it is a nice place to stay.

I am lawn maintenance at the RV park.  I may be bias but last year the RV park got the good Sam's highest rating. Very clean and neat park.  Dog park with poop stations throughout the park.

This place is run like a "clean machine" by a conscientious and caring staff. What ever I need is carried out and ALWAYS with a smile.  We've been here over eight months and I have NO complaints. Ron, Char, and 'handsome John" and all the rest are in plain view always busy keeping this campground up and running in "five-star" fashion. I consider them my friends-Loveumeanit.

Very clean! Friendly staff! Play area and fenced dog park. Seasonal pool. Close to shopping and food. Minutes from downtown and Riverfront Park.
