I had the most pleasant time at North Harwood dentistry. All the staff were nice and welcoming. Dr. Hassan was immensely  nice and helpful and made sure that I was comfortable at all times during my treatment. I would definitely recommend!

Great experience at the clinic! Staff were all very friendly and as always Dr. Hasan was amazing! Was friendly, completed the procedure in a timely manner and he made sure he answered any and all questions I had.

Hadn’t been to a dentist in a while, and wasn’t looking forward to it. But Dr Hassan is an amazing dentist and I’m so glad A friend told me about him. If you have a zero pain tolerance like I do, this is the perfect dentist for you.

I have been going to North Harwood Family Dentistry for just over a year now. From Dr. Hassan, to the hygienists and receptionists, the entire team is super friendly and caring. The team is especially great with children, keeping them at ease. My little ones never give me a hard time for their dental visits. To top it off Dr. Hasan was able to identify my need for a night guard when no other dentist had ever mentioned it to me. I was extremely hesitant to wear one but Dr Hassan took the time to advise me on the best way to get used to wearing one. Two weeks later and my neck pain from teeth clenching is gone!!! I would recommend Dr. Hassan and his team to everyone!

Check your bills! I’ve been going here for a few years now and I always knew that it was a little expensive but that was never a problem. However, my most recent visit, I came home and saw that I was charged 4.5 units of time for a 30 minute dental cleaning 2 units. When I called to ask about it, the receptionist tried justifying it saying that my appointment was an hour and also something about the varnish I got which was not covered by my insurance which I already paid additionally for. After being put on hold she then told me she would change it to 3.5 units of time, and so I told her I was only there for a 30 minute cleaning. She then tried to explain to me how each unit was 10 minutes, and when I corrected her she then said she’d charge me for 2.5 units because I was there for more than 30 minutes. So I finally had to bring up my receipt which was dated and timed and she finally said she would reverse it to 2 units of time and add a credit to my account. I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1 because Dr. Hasan was always pleasant and professional, however this whole experience is a little off putting and shady. Hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else.

A great dentistry with such welcoming staff! They make every effort to accommodate to your schedules. The dentist is very knowledgeable and explains everything before proceeding with cleaning/filling.

The best dentistry I’ve ever been too. All the staff are friendly the doctor is very nice and helpful and the work they do is perfect and great results after the visit. I strongly recommend people going here.

North Harwood dentistry is the most friendly place I have been too. I have been to few places and they never took the time to ask me how I am or even make me feel welcome. Not this place this place makes you feel so welcome and comfortable, they work with you on what you can and can’t do. Honestly it’s super nice and refreshing! Dr. Hasan is truly the nicest and pretty  funny too! I highly recommend!!
