Absolutely terrible customer service!!! Avoid this place like it’s the plague, I can’t stress this enough. One upon a time this place was fantastic. That era has died and disrespectful mindless counter staff have taken over. This terrible office should just fire all the counter staff and try starting over. Obviously the staff could care less about this offices brand as a whole and it’s very evident in how they treat the clients. It’s unfortunate that the owners of this office are so ignorant to change and updating people and systems that it’s now causing a major downfall in service. If you want polite courteous staff who care about the clients go absolutely anywhere else is my advice. Sincerely a disappointed lost client.

I called Dr Fernandes’ office late one afternoon after one of my front teeth had broken. They had me in by the next morning (my own dentist didn’t have time to fit me in for 5 days) and had it fixed within an hour. Dr Fernandes is very aware of the cost of dental work and is very real about the costs as well as the pros/cons that go along with the options he presents. I was more than satisfied with him and his staff.

I Have been Going here all my Life, great Service and Care, Always trying to ensure their Patient is well during the procedure! Don't See myself ever changing offices!

Entire staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The doctors and staff give great advice on "care" and "prevention".
