Recently had a total of five procedures done by Dr. Flor Malave. All were done in a very caring and efficient manner. She and her team are exceptional!

I found Dr. Patricia after doing an online search because I wanted a dentist that could do more than just cleanings and fillings. She had good ratings at the time and close to my home in Ajax. I was in need of a root canal and wanted to do it in one place (at the time I would have had to go to a specialist then back to the dentist to complete the work). By The Lake Dental could do all the work in their office. This was my first root canal and I was very nervous. The procedure was painless and they made me feel at ease. Later,  I found out I needed a second one and I had no fears because my first was easy. The second one was as successful. I have been to several dentists over the years trying to find just the right one. No one likes to go and I get very nervous but after finding Dr. Patricia and her team, it has made going to the dentist that much easier. My family are now going there too.

The front desk and the assistants are very friendly. The Dentists Dr. Patricia Silva and Dr. Flor M are very knowledgeable, also have great  human qualities... :)

I've switched to By The Lake Dental within the last year and a half and am very impressed with their continued service and professionalism. Staff is very friendly, accomodating and genuinely cares for their patients. It's been a pleasure coming to the dentist.

Friendly and efficient staff from front office & hygienists to the dentists. Very helpful and courteous always. 
Beautiful, modern and clean office.
