Accel Dental

I do NOT recommend this place to anybody. This place is a joke. They're slimy in the way that they handle business. I called and asked before booking an appointment if they accepted a specific type of insurance which they claimed they did. I booked my wisdom teeth removal consultation 2.5 weeks in advanced to show up and find out that they do NOT accept it. I argued with them about this because it's extremely frustrating that they would lie and waste my time. In the end they offered me a deal if I paid cash so I booked the appointment because I just needed it done. 2 Days before my appointment for wisdom teeth surgery where I had to book the days off work a weeks in advance they called to inform me that the dentist would not be coming in that day. When I was then venting to them the inconvenience they have caused me I was dismissed as if my time life and health didn't matter to them. That the fact that I have been in so much pain and have been waiting what feels like forever to get my painful wisdom teeth pulled was not on their list of priorities. Rude arrogant selfish people work here. The manager was unprofessional and needs to get his ego checked.

The dentist and the dentist assistant were amazing! Thank you very much! Amazing work didn't even feel anything at all it's like they're magic! I was even excited to go to the dentist again that's how amazing they are! Definitely professional!

My wife went for their consultation and to take an xray, its been a week and my tongue is red sore and very painful from how hard they pressed when they put in the x-ray mount guard. She had told them clearly you are pressing to hard and its very painful & was even tearing but the lady didn't care. If they can't take a simple xray image without leaving bruise marks how can they do anything else in dentistry. The dentist was pretty dismissive as well and in a hurry to get the checkup done.

Great dental clinic in Ajax. Friendly, knowledgeable staff that take their time and explain things fully to you. Convenient location with a clean, comfortable office. Highly recommend.
