Durham Dental Centres

Quite unhappy with the service I received tonight. I rushed to the office to be punctual for my 6:30 appointment I made 2 weeks ago, after being nagged with multiple confirmation methods sent to me phone and email which I confirmed to twice. I show up on time, to find myself waiting for over 40 minutes for a 10 minute appointment. I over heard the family who went in before me complaining about having a 6:30 appointment and them also running behind. Funny thing is they were there to see the same orthodonist as I (they only have one on staff of wednesdays - really difficult to even get an appointment to begin with) but how does that make sense? So they double booked two people for the same person? Of course they're going to fall behind with that sort of booking. Anyway, you'd think the amount of time they spend harassing me to confirm the appointment they could at least give a courtesy call if they know they're running that far behind. I was in the middle of something I had to attend back to much later than anticipated. I also wasn't feeling well and very tired, to be sittting waiting uncomfortable for that length of time... I really felt like my time was disrespected.

I've been going to this office for over 5 years now. Very impressed. All the staff are very nice and helpful, the hours of operation are amazing and office itself is very clean.

We have always had a great experience at the durham dental centre. They are not just nice, they're kind, considerate and knowledgeable regarding coverage, alternative methods and different procedures if certain ones make u uncomfortable. My family and I are not only impressed, but grateful to the entire staff. I've been going there for years, and even though I don't live that close, they are our dental team for life. Thank u durham dental centre :)

Good people. Always do a good job. They've handled our insurance claims responsibly.

Brought my son in today to get his baby tooth extracted. The bill came out to $296. I paid $58 from my own pocket. Got my receipt and it was BLANK, only showed the amount I paid. I had to call them to get them to print out a proper receipt. This place SCAMMED insurance company BIG TIME. I would not recommend going to this place. And the receptionist (the blonde) was rude and impolite. NOT RECOMMENDED. Do yourself a favourite and find a dentist elsewhere.
