I order the shoe online and pick it up at Westbrook mall. The store is not too big, so it is easy to find someone for help. If you want to get some sports equipment, better to check stock items online before coming.
Went to this store to purchase a new winter jacket with my boyfriend. The GM, Harvey was incredibly helpful. Not only did he help us find a jacket that was the style we wanted but he made sure we got one that was within our price point! Was friendly and knowledgeable and clearly treated his employees very well. Really can’t say enough good things. Store was well kept and the other employees were also very attentive. McKenzie Helped us at the cash register and was very friendly, she also kept the line moving quite quickly so the service was delightfully fast. Better than any Sport Check experience I’ve had before so I would be happy to recommend this location!
The GM was super friendly, genuinely wanted to help us find what we were looking for and made an effort to find something well within our price range. Made the experience enjoyable and we left with exactly what we came in for. 10/10 will recommend!
The store was well-stocked and there were a fair number of associates on the floor. I also needed to use the service desk for an online order and the process was pretty quick.
This location may not be as big as the others, but the staff here are awesome. I purchased a bicycle here. The customer service is amazing. Thank you!
New Store Manager Harvey, incredibly friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Best experience I have had at a sportchek. Employee Asher helped me with baseball cleats, super helpful. 5/5 stars, this is my new home Sportchek!
The staff here are very helpful and friendly. Adan was amazing, he was patient and helped me figure out and put together a Golf push cart. McKenzie was also very friendly and helpful. Excellent service, highly recommended!
Stopped in to see what they had for Jerseys and needed to use the washroom. A pleasant young man was cleaning them and told me 30 seconds. In that time a rude young lady came by and told me they were for employees only. Weird how rules changed. Heading somewhere else to by my jerseys. Awful customer service. Been to Sport Chek a million times. Washrooms have always been open to public. Won’t be back here.
Inused to work in a small for a long time. Long story short I rage quit because of the hostile work environment but I was over there for over two years andword of advice manager Tim here is a complete as*hole run the other way. I know he made a bunch of peoples lives living Hells because of one reason or the other but if you want to work here I recommend not working here because people the turnaround is crazy.
Staff are friendly and helpful. Can never find sizes during their weekly sales which I am guessing must be a common complaint.
