Noah's Cafe was a surprisingly delightful fusion of tapas and Japanese cuisine. The small plates were really distinctive flavors and we were all surprisingly tasty. I've really never tasted so many new flavors in one place. It was a really great experience that is really modest at first glance from the street. Once inside, it was an incredibly stylish atmosphere with a great vibe and excellent service. I highly recommend checking this place out.
I’ve passed by this hidden Japanese restaurant several time, and I finally visited it couple days ago. The cocktails were very nice. We ordered four cocktails in total, they were all fresh, tasty and well balanced. However, the glasses were sticky! I’m not sure it was because bartender served the drinks with liquor on her hand or the drink spilled. The food was average. There are tons of Japanese izakaya restaurants better than this one.
Had such a great experience at Noah's cafe. The food was so delicious and we got to try so many high quality and downright tasty items on the menu. The drinks were also very good. The best part for me on top of the excellent food was the customer service. The waitress/host and chef were extremely accommodating to my food allergies. She went through the menu with us and let me know what foods were safe to eat, and made small substitutions to garnishes for example so I could try more things. This type of customer service is so highly appreciated for people like myself, I needed to leave a review. Thank you Noah's Cafe!!
Great dinner at Noah's Cafe. This Japanese fushion restaurant offers a lot of great dishes for sharing and some super fun cocktails. Since they restaurant is quite small, we could see into the kitchen and had fun just watching the bartender create drinks and the chefs whip up our meal. The uni pasta was the star of the night for us!
My husband made reservation online a week ago. We came here for brunch at noon. We had such a good time and enjoyed the delicious food here. Food was amazing!! We ordered an uni seafood omelette rice, Noah’s Ark with 9 different types of food, Noah’s Loco Moco tonkatsu, miso soup, coffee and chestnut cheesecake. Each dish was super unique. LOL my husband had to close his eyes and tasted each bite of these dishes. Ambience was quite comfortable. I could relax, chat with my husband and enjoy the food. I found that some restaurants had so many customers and it was very noise and packed that we could not really talk to each other. However, this restaurant was full but the noise was not very loud. Pricing was reasonable. The most important thing was I was paying for good quality, great presentation, and fresh food. It was worth it! Customer Service was extraordinary well. Each of the two servers here was very caring, polite, and careful serving each of the customers. They were Japanese, so you could expect that they were super polite! Everything checked out my boxes, so I gave five stars to this restaurant. I would definitely come back and try other dishes and recommend coming here with family and friends.
Great food and atmosphere. It’s small and intimate, has only a few tables and an open kitchen and bar. The food is French influenced Japanese dishes, all done in a slightly elevated way with premium ingredients but still felt like comfort food style of an izakaya. All of the dishes tasted great, the uni crème pasta was my favorite.
Online It seems like they had no availability at all. We called and was offered a 8:30 spot on a Sunday night. So we decided to showed up at 5pm when they open and got a table. There were other tables that were available our entire time of dining. I wonder if they could optimize their reservation system a bit better. I absolutely loved the sea urchin pasta. The home made bucatini is perfectly al dante such a nice texture. It’s completely covered in yummy sauce and topped with a large piece of Uni, along with super fresh shrimps and scallops. It cured me. Other dishes are just equally amazing. The today special beef tongue was very tender, and the sauce so yummy we had to ask for bread to dip in it and to not waste it. The squid and chips was super yummy as well, squid soooo tender you just cannot believe it. The chips be aware is Brussels sprouts haha we didn’t know that. The service was absolutely amazing as well.
Amazing experience coming for the first time for my wife's birthday! Service was friendly and prompt, and the food and drinks were top notch. We ordered the stuffed portabello with shrimp and radish along with their uni creme pasta, and both hit the spot perfectly for us. Their cocktails were also very unique and had wonderful tastes and aromas. Definitely try their twist on the old fashioned, as well as the Grey Hound. We also had the matcha infused Rikyu whiskey cocktail, which was not bad as well. Would come again to sample more of their food and drink menu!
I went twice - once with my friend, once for my mom's birthday. We all really enjoyed the food! My mom has a dental problem and can't chew hard texture food, staff was very understanding and accommodating so they made the bread softer for us. Mom loved the foie gras and scallops dish. I highly recommend the uni pasta. Hamachi tempura was a delight too
We ordered mostly the appetizer menu, food is delicious and price is reasonable for th high end ingredients that they use .Very small place , reservation is recommended. The drinks are not too impressive, I hope they have more options. Over all it worths a try.
