PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK ITEMS! Ordered off Uber Eats for my colleague. He doesn't eat meat and ordered a veggie wrap. He opened and saw a sandwich but didn't think much of it since he was hungry. After one bite he realized it was a bacon and egg sandwich which is definitely not a veggie wrap. Upon reviewing the delivery thinking perhaps we made an error when ordering its clear they made an error because it clearly states VEGGIE WRAP. It's pretty bad to send a meat item for a veggie wrap... waiting for my refund on uber. We ended up having to order delivery at another cafe because of this error and the item was discarded.

The coffee was GREAT. The sweet breads were fine but nothing to write home about. Come here for the coffee!Food: 4/5

Got my typical oat milk flat white and I really liked it. I was a fan of the creamy layer on top, and although I didn’t necessarily feel the caffeine as much as I wanted to, the espresso flavour was there. Its a cute little spot to catch up with someone over a coffee. They also have other drinks like bullet coffee and golden milk. I would come back for sure!

We loved visiting this quaint and charming cafe. Their breakfast sandwiches were delicious, fresh, and hit the spot! The owner is very nice and an added plus is that they are dog friendly. Try them out!!!

Amazing little coffee shop! Great coffee and they also offer a large selection of specialty coffee’s like bulletproof coffee, bulletproof coffee with peanut butter, blended coffee’s, coffee with collagen and teas! They hand make their sandwiches all through the day so it’s always fresh. Their breakfast sandwiches are delicious and inexpensive! They have a covered heated patio, perfect for people watching. The staff treat you like family. I would give them 6 stars if I could.

Had the Pink chai latte with oat milk with a cookie; highly recommend the cookie it’s definition of a perfect chocolate chip. That massive chocolate in the middle was the best. The outdoor seating is super cute, reminds me of Europe, perfect spot to enjoy with your girlfriends to chat over the latest gossip. Tip: the chai IS SUPER HOT! Watch out.

Had a cappuccino after a rainy run. It was nice and hot, and a good coffee. Not my favorite though. Service was good considering one person making the coffees.Food: 4/5

Found this place randomly and read some reviews about how good the pink chai tea is. I was in the area and decided to give it a try and it is sooo delicious. Maybe even my favorite chai latte now! I got mine with oat milk.

Worst ever Americano. No taste of coffee aroma but just dead plain bitterness. I took two sip. One before I ate the hot muffin and another after. No change of taste and just totally dark petrol like bitterness. The muffin is nicely done and heat up perfectly in a cool noon. An interesting iced drink but totally lost any thinking of second visit. Poor ventilation inside, very stuffy and filled with cooking smell. Particularly relax neighborhood with a nice park next door. Very sad for the worst line of coffee on town.

This Cafe is great, super friendly staff and you can bring your doggo INSIDE which is fantastic on a rainy Vancouver day. Strong coffee and relaxed vibe :
