First time patient of Dr Smith, absolutely love what he did . Dr Smith is very professional, honest does not push product at all . My whole experience at his clinic was wonderful, right from the first call. I would like to thank Dr Smith and his wonderful staff for their great work and professionalism. Dr. Kevin Smith is utterly wonderful, both as a person and a doctor. He's kind, highly-skilled and never tries to push product. I've been going to him for years and have never once had a negative issue. He never keeps you waiting. His office staff, too, are friendly, fast and helpful. Highly recommend.

Dr. Smith is a very knowledgeable and intelligent doctor. That being said from my experience, it feels as if his clinic is run strictly as a money making machine, where it seems they are hesitant to give out prescriptions if needed, if you are not paying for something cosmetic. Secondly, I have spent thousands of dollars at Smith Laser in treatments. I understand that this is a cosmetic clinic, therefore money is the main objective, but they also need to be open-minded and less hesitant when people come in for something other than an out of pocket expense. I am very disappointed in how this clinic is run. It is all about money, I think Dr. Smith has forgotten the reason he went into medicine in the first place. Be cautious, unless you are getting a something cosmetic, you will be treated like a second- class citizen.

Very informative, very gentle, nice staff, only negative is the cost isn't or wasn't explained to me clearly
