Friday I took my 3 year old grandson to the clinic this for a cough and it was a very good experience from start to finish. The receptionist was efficient and kind. There wasn't a lot of people waiting in the reception area either, which was a relief. My grandson was afraid to see the doctor and was crying, but Dr. Altoft took time to get him to relax a bit, enough so he could check him for congestion. I was very impressed. Thanks Dr. Altoft. The prescription was printed off & handed to me as we left the office. My grandson is doing much better only a day later.
I hot cough and cold for a few days. Get up as early as possible to come to the clinic to doctor. They ask me to grab a covid test kit from shoppers or other pharmacy and come back to do the test in the clinic. Why didn’t they stock some kit in the clinic if they don’t trust my test at home yesterday. The other clinic does have the kit. I ask them to register me first and I will grab my kit from home which only 4-5mins drive probably only take 10mins wait. She said I have to do the test, then she will fill me in. After 10mins drive, the people behind me and new people probably be 20. Why should I wait for 20 people to see the doctor when I came earlier to line up to see the doctor. This doesn’t make any logical sense. Won’t come to the clinic again.
I was treated by Dr. R. Colorado. He was courteous and professional. Answered my questions and got to the point. I was in and out within 45 minutes. Obviously the time experience will vary dependent on a number of factors. Based on my limited contact with Dr. Colorado I would recommend him to other patients.
Garbage Clinic, Ive been sick for 4 days, tested negative twice for covid, came in to get checked out, was told I would need to take a covid test to prove I was negative..ok no problem... but they weren't going to provide one, I was told to go to customer service in walmart, surprise they also had no covid tests. I guess I wont be getting treated today. Update-Was told someone would get ahold of me to go over my issue, obviously noone ever did, its been over a month.
I went all the way to this clinic last Friday by bus after continually calling in the morning and they never answered. I needed to get some antibiotics. Upon arriving I was told there was no doctor. I asked why they didn't answer their phones and her reply was they werei showed her my phone and said said you werent answering. Donly go here if you want to waste your timeanswering the phones.
Hello,Normally I do not write to clinic management for suggestions to improve. I visited the clinic on 07th Nov 2022 and we did not have a pleasant experience. The front receptionist is not kind enough to understand the problems. My daughter was on antibiotics and I wanted to check with the doctor if the infection was gone. The front receptionist asked to conduct covid test for my daughter despite the fact that we all vaccinated. Still we did the test for my daughter and the test results were negative. We showed the data to the front desk and she insisted as parents we also need to do covid test. This is completely unprofessional as we just wanted to show our daughter to the doctor and we as parents are not patients. In general few areas if you wanted to improve this clinics are here 1. Recruit only the best front desk personnel and they got basic customer care experience2. Recruit the front desk personnel who show respect and empathy towards the visitors3. Do not raise your tone and talk to people. 4. Greet the people when they meet. 5. Do not ask for unnecessary tests when we are not visiting for that reason and do not again disturb visitors by asking unnecessary tests. 6. Most importantly do not educate or suggest the visitors if you do not have the least amount of knowledge. We are very well educated and decent knowledge about primary care and hospitals for visiting. Very polite receptionist, clean waiting room & cubicles. Dr was friendly and thorough. In & out faster then most clinics I've been in.
This clinic is unfriendly and a complete waste of time. They make you feel like they don't care about you at all. My daughter was told she wasn't allowed to be in the clinic due to having a fever and ear pain. So a doctor would phone her. RIDICULOUS!! Because it's so easy to look in ears over the phone right?! He did call and said he would call in a prescription, went to pick it up and lo and behold he never did. He doesn't deserve his payment for this as far as I'm concerned and we will never return to such a poorly run clinic.
I wish I can score a 0 also I was turned away just because I coughed once...I was told I couldn't be seen because of having a cough...mean while I have asthma and wearing these masks don't help n is hard to breath with on n I got judged because I coughed once n all I was there for was to get my allergy shots...I will never step back in that ace as long as the women at the desk is working there she was very rude and she was talking out load to a girl about someone and about how he was on drugs..im sorry but people's personal stuff should not be aired to everyone one in the clinic
This is my Go-to clinic for quite sometime now! Hats off to Dr. Colorado & Dr. Mcauley! Also, huge to thanks to Mel at the front desk for making things easier - very reliable, efficient, professional and helpful.
