Niagara Dental Implant & Oral Surgery - Niagara Falls

Staff is very friendly! Everything was explained to me during the consultation and they took the time to answer any questions. We never felt rushed. The Doctor called the evening of my daughter's surgery to see how she was doing, and the office called the next day as well to be sure everything was going ok. I highly recommend them!!

My son had his wisdom teeth removed. Couldn't ask for a better experience from the office staff, nurses & Dr. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is in need of an oral surgeon!!!! Definitely 5 stars!!!

I had an alright experience. The staff was great. I had a panic attack before the surgery but the staff did their best to calm me down. No complaints whatsoever. I would recommend this place to friends

Worst experience in my life. For starters I originally had my surgery scheduled with someone that has been working there for years, then 2 days before my appointment they called me and said I would be rescheduled 2 hours earlier with a different surgeon that was new. They didn't check my insurance ahead of time, so when I came into their office and found out my insurance wasn't working and they need to call to make sure I was clear, I had to wait 30 MINUTES for my insurance company to even call them back because they open at 9. At this point, the extremely unprofessional and RUDE receptionist told me that waiting 30 minutes was already too long so we would have to reschedule. When asking when the next available appointment she rudely said that she wasn't even able to reschedule at this time. I wasted all my time today and all my sick days from work to plan this surgery and they were just rude. While I was talking to my boyfriend outside because I was upset, I literally watched the surgeons close the blinds and then lift them to spy on me. Absolutely ridiculous. Don't come here. These people have no concern for their patients and are only money hungry.

I had a wisdom tooth extraction at this place. Honestly, I was very nervous at the beginning because I'm afraid of nettles..but, even I had to wait a little bit before the procedure ,the wait was worth it 100% . I didn't felt any pain at all. I didn't even noticed when I had the local anestesia or when he pull out my w.tooth! I even had a few stitches on. What I love about this place is that is the first place where the staff and the doctor has been calling me after the extraction ,the same day of the procedure and the day after to see how I was doing .."Waoo ,They didn't had to do that ,but they did and I admire that. I Absolutely recommend this place to everyone! No only because they called ,but because my mouth hasn't get any swollen or painful.this is a proof of hygiene and good care. No like other places that you go and they just do a masacre on your mouth ..... I feel really happy and relieve ....
