Thanks James & the team at Rentshop the wood splitter was awesome! The wood splitter rented for the weekend made the job so much easier, Rentshop machines and service, topnotch!

I contacted the Rentshop Inc. to inquire about having my Stihl grass trimmer repaired. Although they weren’t able to assist me with this as they are not Stihl Authorized Dealers they suggested a Stihl Authorized Dealer in town. Thank you for the suggestion and your professionalism!

I used to rent from these guys whenever I couldn’t access my own tools.  I went in on Saturday and I picked out a tri-pod, measuring stick and rotary laser. I went to my job and I used the rented tools without a problem.  Completed my job and returned the laser, stick and tri-pod to my truck where they sat till Monday when I returned them.  I go in to return the items and they tell me that this isn’t their tri pod and they will not accept a return on it. After swearing on my life that I didn’t “swap” their tripod. I was still accused of swapping their tri-pod and was ordered to pay an extra $145.  I recommend you take pictures of anything you rent from them in store,  in front of them.  So when you go to return something and they accuse you of swapping it out you can just show them the picture and say no I got this here….  you guys are crooks.

Rented the Powermate dolly, ran into some issues and could not get it back before closing at 4pm on Saturday.  Expected to pay the weekend rate on Monday morning - but was pleasantly surprised when I was charged the one day rental fee.  Great shop - good selection - very fair and professional.  I will be back.

Go here if you want to rent broken equipment. Rented a chipper and it worked for only 50% of the time. Did they care? Nope!  Thanks for your response, did you check the machine as I suggested to see if it was in working order? Or, is your response that it was customer error, which seems to be consistent.

Great quick service. The stump grinder we rented was almost new and worked like a charm. We will use their shop again!

Having moved our solar racking company to Alliston over a year ago we have been using Rentshop for all of our equipment rentals from zoom booms, skid steels, man lifts and special use equipment.
