THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE WORLD HANDS DOWN.... They dont care and will say anything to make the sale. If you read the actual policy you will learn that they have probably lied or mislead you to believe that you were covered but thats not the case. When you ask there is no one to ask.

Their customer service is terrible. They don’t care about their clients. They are just a bunch of rude unprofessionals. Stay away from them if you don’t want to waste your time and money.

Never answers the phone. Very confused staff. They have no idea what their doing. Was on hold for 46 minutes then they hung up on me. When I finally got a hold of a person they sent me to the wrong department. On top of all that. They keep increasing my home insurance and I have never claimed anything. Not happy with the service they provide. Not trained very well and they don't have any real answers just guesstimations.

**The only 5-star rating this location has is by someone with the exact same name as one of the representatives from this location. Happy coincidence? Very unlikely.** I wish to give them no stars but Google insists on 1. Worst experience ever. They can never be reached by phone, lose forms and any sort of communication you send them via fax and when you pre-arrange to resume/suspend your policy - well you guessed it, it doesn't happen. Dealing with this location is a huge waste of time. I've had to go to this location to bring in forms that they've lost for pre-arranged resume/suspension of my policy. I made it a point to pre-arrange this on my day off so I wouldn't have to worry about this months later. After I was able to suspend my policy, I was told I would receive a cheque in the mail for overpayment on my annual policy - which I didn't and had to call them constantly to have them submit the request for it. My question is, why wasn't it done that very day when I was told I would get a refund? I have now cancelled my insurance with Allstate and gone with a new insurer. I have faxed this location 6 times with my cancellation letter, on 6 different occasions (I have confirmation letters that they were sent from Staples, so I know for a fact that I did not send them to the graveyard of lost faxes). Nearly a month later, I am receiving letters in the mail stating that I haven't paid my policy. I have called, left voicemails and called again. I finally got to speak to a real live person! They are now looking into it and will call me back.
