Outstanding service. Late Friday afternoon panic, and Emma MacGregor was delivering the binder for a closing at 10 a.m. on a Saturday morning. Emma kept in touch the whole time informing me of progress and alternatives. So much better service than I have ever seen elsewhere. I would highly recommend Emma and will be asking Emma to assist with all of my future insurance requirements. Marrianne

I do not recommend using this broker at all. Ridiculous rates for car insurance. They do not care about customers or customer service, just want your money. Every time I called I had to speak with one lady who NEVER answer any of my calls when I had questions so instead she would email me. She was great at dodging clients. Before my renewal I called her to see if she could get me a better rate but she said 290 per month is the best she could do. I called PC financial and they laughed when I mention these guys. Within a minute the PC financial representative gave me a quote of 220 per month. Go figure. Throughout the entire 5or 6 years I was with Guthrie they never once in their careers contacted me to see how I was enjoying the service. Within 2 weeks of signing up with PC financial they called me to see if I had any questions. Btw PC financial keeps you on a month to month agreement NO 1 Year non sense. You can cancel or go with any other insurance provider whenever you want. Now that's what you call service.

I'm not with Guthrie Insurance but was looking to change auto insurance companies. I dealt with Emma MacGregor and she gave me clear answers and talked to me about my options. She also gave me information I was unaware of and in the end saved me a bunch of money. She was straightforward and incredibly informative. You can't beat that.

I HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone looking for auto insurance. I was recommended by a friend to try this Guthrie Insurance after numerous attempts at finding a good insurance rate. Being as it was my first time getting my own auto insurance, I was getting really high quotes. My broker who goes by the name is Emanuela Caires has gone FAR beyond the scope of her job to help me out. Firstly, she found me the lowest rate I could possibly find, and I know because I tried at least 6 different places. Furthermore she worked with me to get the insurance ASAP because I was hoping to register the car right away. What's more? She worked over the weekend during erratic schedules in order to make sure I was satisfied. But that's not all.. When my car had problems and I was forced to replace it with a different car, on the SAME night (11pm at night) she was able to assist me in getting new temp slips so that I would be able to register the car the next day. I must say that I am extremely happy, impressed, and satisfied at the level of service and treatment I received thus far, and I am certain that this level of service will continue; not only for myself, but for anyone else who chooses Guthrie Insurance. I want to thank Emanuela for being so helpful, and I look forward to continuing this relationship for many years to come. Again, I HIGHLY recommend that you try Guthrie Insurance for your auto insurance (I cannot speak to any other types of insurance).
