National Bank Insurance

Bad experience, the customer service is between bad and regular, the prices really high, now I pay 40% less in another company. Before hiring the services of the National Bank, compare the prices in other companies. I honestly do not recommend the national bank for home insurance

I had an incident with my SUV, and i am paying the insurance for an SUV but once at the garage, they said they cannot provide me with a SUV due to the fact that my insurance company have told them not to do so. In fact, they provided me with a small Toyota Corolla that was not secure at all, the engine check was on, breaks were making a weird noise, the airbags weren't functioning and their lights were on and many other factors. Whatever I wrote here I do have physical evidence that ill post. i was referred to that particular garage from my insurance company.

I want to thank Hanza for helping me. He made it so easy for me. I had called a couple of time before I landed on him. The other agents were nice but they would talk too much that I would get confused and lose track so I didn't want to proceed with them. Great customer Service. Hanza is number 1. Thank you so so much
