My wife and I got Jazz when we talked to insure our new car for the first time. She was so amazing and helpful the entire time. She took her time to explain everything to us and all the options we had to best insure our car. Jazz helped us with insuring our apartment at the same time. She was so kind the entire time and made us laugh a bunch while staying professional but still friendly. Anyone who calls I wish that you get the privilege of being served by her. Thank you so much for everything!
I am currently a client at Belair Direct. I had an accident back on January 30th which I was at zero fault for. After waiting almost two weeks now to get an update. I was told that they had to send it to another garage as they are not sure how to declare the car. When I call my broker she does not answer or if she does she takes days to answer by email. When I call for information no one is willing to provide me with any. They told me it is a law that your car goes to another garage if the estimate was not clear. I do not understand how an estimate with numbers can not be clear. When all I wanted was more of an explanation and never once refused. When I call there help center. I press 9 for English. I am ALWAYS served in French. I speak both so I do not mind making it easier on them by speaking French. The last time I called and I said one sentence in English. When I pressed 9 for English the lady tells me I am not an anglophone and told me to speak in her language. The customer service is disgusting. When you choose to speak the language the agent does despite pressing 9 for English and being told that.. It is the worse company ever. No one is willing to ever answer your questions or help you out. I was told for 2 weeks now almost my insurance broker will call me, she never has.
Terrible service. I waited 3 hours for a tow truck to come. Stephanie the agent told me it wouldn’t take more than 45 minutes. I had a super important business meeting that I missed because BELAIR DIRECT WAS WRONG. Only thing they could say is sorry my apologies. I had to call them 4 times before I got the correct message. Extremely disappointed.
Competitive pricing. Unfortunately they were not able to offer me the QEF 43 replacement cost for my vehicle that I currently have with another Insurance company. That was the deal breaker.
Excellent customer service, prompt response and resourceful staff. Thank you to the representative I spoke to, who was professional and understanding and even saved me money! Bravo!
My experience with this insurance company was the worse at my life, i used to have belair for around 3 years, but when I bought another car, they said that will make one price, that was already expensive and I accepted because I was thinking that all the insurance were included 2 cars + home, I really needed an insurance and I was desperate, then, when arrived the docs, I got surprised for the high price, then I found other insurance company that covers even more with less than half price that belair made to me, and I called to belair to know how much I have to pay if I cancel the contract, they said, will be around $200, so I accepted the deal with the other insurance company, and when I called back to belair to cancel, again other surprise, they said that to cancel is $315,00, I was arguing with the representative, of course I was nervous, due this new surprise, and he said that I was not being polite to him, several times. He said that the previos representative told me was around 200 dolars because she didn't know and he cannot do anything about this, that i have to pay if I want to cancel, otherwise I can continue. When you are new client with belair they treat you good as normal people, then If you need to save money and cancel them, they cheat you and treat you like a dog, don't trust in belair, I really don't recommend belair even to my enemies!
So far so good, after a year I can't complaint. Still hesitant but open to be surprised by getting a great service as I got so far. After another year I will review this post to update it depending on my experience
Excellent service. The customer service representative offered many different options and discounts. BELAIRDIRECT also offers extremely affordable roadside service.
I would give ZERO STARS if I could. WORST customer service and compassion in any company I have EVER dealt with. They wanted me to pay my policy in FULL because I missed ONE payment. I called to advise I was on unemployment and waiting for money to come to pay and they had ZERO understanding or compassion or desire to help me. That's fine, cancelled my policy with them and will be getting insurance for 50$ cheaper a month from ELSEWHERE. AWFUL AWFUL company.
I have had to request multiple changes to my policy and the service I have received has been exceptional. Polite, patient, professional and all issues were resolved in short order. Well done!
