Intact Assurance

ABSOLUTE WORST. My car has been at the garage since December and I have yet to get it back because of stupidity with this company. There is a lack of communication between my agent and the garage and, each time I call, I never receive a phone call back. I receive an automatic text message. So I have resorted to dealing exclusively with customer service as I can at least speak to a human being with answers. But this is not even the worst part. Yesterday, I receive a phone call from said agent to tell me the labour costs are too expensive and it is MY responsibility to find a new garage or assume the difference in cost. The garage has informed me that the work is done. WHERE WAS THIS INFORMATION 6 WEEKS AGO??????? There is no solution other than TO PAY. Total lack of professionalism. My business is done and you will be hearing from me to get my money back for all the stupidities on my car.

Good place to work at, especially in Downtown since it is just at the McGill station, great in winter.

Very little effort was put in resolving my claim. they seemed to be really there for me and that is very important considering the level of service you get these days. Great experience. I have been with them for many years and will continue to stay with a company that is understanding and easy to deal with. Thank you

When I called my agent at Intact Insurance, he listened calmly and explained the process and what it entailed so that I could have my car fixed as good as new. Throughout everyone to whom I spoke were polite, practical, and encouraging. Thank you very much.

My first claim they took care of everything provided a good rental car..the body work done was outstanding. Nothing but a great experience.
