*UPDATE* (see below) I came to you based on your Google review so I think it's only appropriate I leave one. Unfortunately my first visit was quite disappointing. Dropped my car off early for a 2pm appointment. It was supposed to be for a tire changeover, alignment and ac check. My car didn't make it into the shop until 1pm the next day. When I noticed the car in the parking lot untouched in the evening of what was suppose to be my appointment day, I called to cancel my ac service as this was just going to eat up even more time before I get the car back. All I ask for is communication! I know stuff happens (previous appts take longer, waiting on parts, stuff breaks, etc...). I don't understand why you can't call me at 3-4pm and say, "look we're sorry but your car's not going to make it into the shop today, how would you like to proceed?". Being a garage, you should know how much people rely on their car. This really messed up our evening and next day plans. I'd also like to add that it kind of sucked to not get an alignment report. :( My first impression wasn't a good one unfortunately. *UPDATE* - Mike called me to apologize. He was very sincere and apologic. He made me feel much better. I've heard great thing about Mike which is why my personal experience was such a surprise to me. This was simply a case of misscommunication. Mike's phone call was much appreciate and I feel a lot better about giving them a second chance. Thank you Mike!
