Nampa Office

I LOVE this bank! They are helpful, friendly and I have yet to have them put a hold on a check (as a business owner, I get a LOT of checks!). I wouldn't even consider banking elsewhere...

This location is easy to get to, always well staffed and friendly, and, on top of lots md parking and a welcoming lobby, they give you free trees for arbor day!

I normally go thru the drive thru and have great service. Not fond of the personal questions when making deposits inside.

This branch is a joke! They don't even know their own policies and just make them up, unless you have an account with them!

I'd rather drive to the other side of Nampa to the branch on 12th Street South - even tho I live close to the branch on the boulevard. I prefer to do that because the branch by Winco is very poorly managed. They don't open on time - particularly the drive-thru. Even after they open the are unable to process any transactions. I came in one day at 9:30 a.m. and they had one teller at one window and she said "I'll be with you in a minute" - five minutes later I left and drove over to the other branch in Nampa. And I was the ONLY person in line. As I was walking out the teller who was too busy to actually do her job yelled at me - "I'll be with you in just a second" to which I responded - NO YOU WON'T. But I don't really blame the teller - I blame the MANAGER of the branch as it's HER fault stuff like this happens at this poorly managed branch. Also, they used to have, I don't know if they still do or not, one teller who was about as anti-social and withdrawn as any person I've ever come across. My question to the manager of that branch would be WHY did you hire that woman to deal with your bank customers?
