Horrible customer service!! I tried to get my mobile deposit limit increased and the gal told me the information I gave her didn't match what she had but she couldn't verify what info I gave her or ask for additional information so my acct COULD be verified. When I asked to speak to her supervisor she said she WAS the supervisor!

I have done most of my banking at this branch since I moved to Idaho in 2007. Today was the last straw. The bank's system went down, (no fault of the branch), but when I went in to pull out cash to finish my errands, I was told that they could not help me. It turns out they were more than capable of helping, but were unwilling. I went to the Meridian branch and got the cash and help I needed. More and more over time, I hear "I don't know" and "we can't help you". Do yourself a favor, go to one of the local credit unions. I have yet to hear those phrases from the one I have started dealing with.
