Made me wait in lobby forever just to be asked 3 questions. "do you have family members who bank here? " "do you work for education department? " "do you go to school ?" ...no... "then you're not qualified, have a good day" ...thanks for everything.

I love my bank easy to transfer money always no limit. Easy to replace cards if lost. Easy to talk to someone. Easy all around thanks!

Signed up for a business account at this branch. Had a bad experience with the manager who made me jump through extra hoops because "we haven't developed a relationship yet". Thought it was a 1 time deal. Over time, I made 3 deposits & all were very negative. When seeing a customer's check, he said, "Do you know this person to be taking checks from them?" (It happened to be a personal check I wrote to the business.) Was going to leave the bank & bank elsewhere when I happened to stop in at the 12th Ave. branch. WHAT A CHANGE!! Every encounter I have had with the 12th Ave. bank has been incredible.

Might as well not bother being open on Saturdays with the hours. At the branch on 12 Ave. in Nampa the ATM at least gives you the option to pay a credit card with cash even though it has never worked. You won't even get that here.

Great service and easy to understand banking. Big location and very clean.
