Our experience did not go perfectly. We had the wrong pad installed under over 1,000sf of new floors! Nampa Floors came through on making sure we were taken care of though, the floors were taken up completely to reinstall. Our quartz counters and glass backsplash are wonderful too. We bought our sink somewhere else and we're glad we did because their sink selection is very limited. They installed our sink into their counter. I would highly recommend using them instead of a national chain because of the high level of customer service and amazing selection of floor and counter options.

We're new to Idaho and don't know who to use for anything. After researching flooring companies and having our top two picks come to our house for a consultation, Nampa Floors won our business hands down. Pricing was competitive. We worked with Sherry. She was enthusiastic, informative and had the best customer service. We were informed of every step and if we had any questions, she replied to my emails within minutes. Every step happened exactly as quoted. The associates that installed our flooring were on time, worked hard all day and made sure we were happy with everything before they left. They were meticulous with their work and clean up. We're more than happy and will use this company for future projects! Thanks Sherry, Santiago, Roberto and Luis!

Wonderful customer service! Parker at their Maple Grove location was great to work with. You could get a hold of him whenever. He was even texting us pictures of samples when we were weighing our options. And the laminate and carpet we picked were installed quickly and without any issues!

After agonizing over selecting the right contractor to replace carpeting at my residence, I am beyond satisfied that I decided on Nampa Floors & Interiors. Stacy at the Maple Grove store provided exceptional customer service and expertise. The installers were prompt and professional. In short, the new carpet looks fabulous and everything exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Stacy and Nampa Floors & Interiors!

Our flooring was damaged during the move into our new home. We were referred to and called by Parker, associate of Nampa Floors and Interiors, to arrange for replacement flooring. Parker not only came to our home to assess what needed to be done, but he also helped us in choosing new flooring and scheduled the installation. The accessible showroom provided a wide selection of brands and samples for us to consider. He kept us updated during the process and every appointment occurred when scheduled. His warm personality, attention to detail, knowledge of the product, and committment to scheduling allowed our experience to be the best ever. We highly recommend Nampa Floors and Interiors.
