Great customer service! Very friendly staff! I called looking for a particular movie and the woman on the phone (I believe her name was Katina) said they didn't have a record of the individual titles but she'd go look out on the sales floor. After a couple minutes on hold she came back and told me that she found a copy, and then she put it on hold in the back for an hour so I could get down there to buy it. Even though they were swamped when I came in somebody flagged me down at the door. I told them about the movie and they ran to get it and then rang me up quickly. Great deal too! After that I took a quick peak at the jewelry and also snagged a few nice silver pieces for a good price. Great all around customer service! They really go the extra mile!

My boyfriend and I came to the store for our new car system and we had the best experience there. Adam helped us pick the right stuff and showed us what we needed to do to get it all set up. Adam was friendly and very helpful. I highly recommend going there and getting your stuff. Best pawn shop in boise.

You can tell changes are happening in this store. The store is looking cleaner, more organized and the staff was helpful and friendly. The jewelry section is my favorite and Katina was very sweet and friendly. The new manager was friendly and greeted me upon walking in. Great products and great service. Highly recommend you come check this place out.

Katina is awesome! She helped me with anything that I am looking for. And she make sure I am happy with my choice. Thank you Katina! Maple grove team has a great customer service and always greeting there customer when they walk in. 😁

This is the only pawn shop that I go to for music equipment (and the only shop that I got to for music equipment in general) in Boise. Chris Brock does an excellent job running the the music corner and I can always find everything I need there. Great selection!
