Went for dine in with friends. Very nice ambiance, food is delicious and fresh. However food portion is small based on higher end price. Plus they don't offer family platters for dine in. So taking 1 star out for this reason Service is definitely very slow, they brought main course before starter then 1 dish was completely missing from order. 1 of our plate had broken cornor as well So taking another star out for this reason

Do yourself a favor and visit this lovely restaurant in Nafisa. The service is unmatched. The staff truly cares about your experience. The food is absolutely amazing – everything we tasted melted in other mouths. Absolutely the best Mandi &konafah we had while in Nafisa. Highly recommend!

Served with beautiful smiles in this cosy little establishment. Thought has gone into decorating the place which is always refreshing : Portions are quite reasonable in size and the food was generally authentic to its origin too. Came in with minimal expectations, which were surely surpassed! . Turkish coffee was excellent to top it all of : #halal Reservations recommended

We had a reunion with my cousin from US, local relatives and friends. Our original restaurant let us down so we ended up here!  Despite the fact that the restaurant was informed in advance to allow a table for 17, nothing was ready! We had to wait for other patrons to finish before we were given our table. 1st bad impression - no respect for promises made!  We all ordered our dishes separately so I can only describe the 3 dishes that were ordered by my cousins on my either side.  My wife and I ordered the Lentil Soup and Chicken Escalope Fried Crispy Chicken and Laban Yoghurt. My cousin on my right side ordered their Lamb and the cousin on my left ordered a chicken salad.  Our soup was OK nothing compared to other better Middle Eastern restaurant. The Chicken was bland and not fully cooked. The Lamb dish my cousin was so bland that it was more like boiled! The chicken salad was not fresh and no flavour.  We each paid $50.00 which was steep for the quality of food. The service was also not up to par. Overall, none of us are going back to this place and for sure all our friends will be informed accordingly, unfortunately. Photos attached.

We went there few days ago. Reception and all service staff were very helpful and cordial, we enjoyed perfect service from Roaa. The food was delicious, fresh, properly prepared and a great value for the price. we ordered Mansaf, hummus, chicken with rice, and appetizer; all was perfect. We highly recommend it.

Hands down one of the best restaurants in the GTA area. If you are looking for healthy, delicious and authentic Syrian food you are in for a delight. The staff are next level professional and helpful, the decoration is unique and overall matches the cuisine. Don’t get me started on the sweets, a huge array of options and each is better than the prior. Make sure to go hungry when you do go. In summary, great food, great atmosphere, great service and great dessert, this place is a must visit on a recurring bases.

Amazing ambience and courteous staff. Food was very authentic & delicious and portions were generous. Overall had a nice dining experience. One of the best restaurants GTA has to offer.

I was visiting from outside the province. The food was acceptable but not as I expected. There are no family platters for dine in for unknown reason. The food portion was small compared to the price. They asked me to write a 5 star review before I paid in order to get 5% off, which I assume where most of those 5 stars came from.

It was the first time I have been to an Arabian cuisine, everything is fresh to me. The waite Obada is very nice to us. When he found out we like the pistachio baklava, he gave us more pistachio deserts for gift. I also like the traditional decoration in the restaurant.

Not a great experience, kebab and chicken had the core meat smell. Overall they did very good work in term of picking fixtures. But unfortunately they haven’t maintained the furniture well. The couches were stained and was uncomfortable feeling to sit on them. It was a hot day surprisingly they didn’t maintained the temperature well. We had a complaint about food and it took them long enough to own the mistake and offer any resolution. The owner should come forward in such scenarios rather sending workers who are sweetest with no fault
