FINALLY!!! THIS is the shawarma place we've all been looking for! TLDR/Short summary...
Reviews
I gave this restaurant 5 stars because their service is so great. The charcoal shawarma was tasty and fresh and unique smoky flavour, same thing with the sauces. Lots of drinks, fresh fruit mix or pop and nice deserts rice pudding and crème caramel. Friendly customer service and preparing the food didn’t take too long. The place was clean and spacious. Parking was not an issue. I will be back for sure and I highly recommend giving it a try.
The charcoal shawarma is very unique and tasty, enjoyed the Tornado sandwich and Tornado with rice. Both delicious. The restaurant is ideally located between Mississauga, Milton and Oakville. Nice sitting area, good environment. Price is competitive, will be back to try more dishes. Highly recommended.
Very delicious felafel and rice. Restaurant nicely lighted. Order took a little too long to fullfil and beverage soda inventory was almost empty upon arriving - could not get the desired drink.Food: 5/5
I've walked by this place many times until one day decided to give it a try. I can't believe how great the food tasted, you can really taste the difference cooked over charcoal! Great service, always feel welcome, and props to my G "Kero" the chef always makes great food, and always has a smile!Food: 5/5
It was just on the way after shopping we decided to try the new restaurant in Mississauga. The friendly service and beautiful interior impressed us. Then the food when we received the Charcoal taste and smell made an amazing different experience. It was lot of beef and chicken quantity for two of us in one order of Mix Volcano/Tornado. Keep it up and would like to try other food in future.
Ordered three dishes two rice and one wrap and all were average. Couldn’t taste the charcoal. Was a struggle to finish the meal, not because of the portion size, but the lack of flavour. Hot sauce was not hot.
This restaurant is actually so amazing. Me and my family ordered the Tornado Chicken shawarma which is amazing! It has a good amount of sauce, chicken, and other stuff, and staff are very nice I’ve been eating it for almost 6 years at the time of writing this, and I still like it. I used to live nearby, so I had this all the time, and if I could, I would eat this more often.
This place is up there for some of the best Shawarma I've ever had! The price may be a little pricey but it's worth it! The employee helping us, Kero, was super friendly and very helpful when it came to deciding what we should get. Will definitely be coming back again in the future. Check this place out!
If you a vegetarian like me then fresh homemade falafel wrap is a must for you! The falafel is nice and crispy while the sandwich is packed and grilled to perfection for that delicious bite. The ambience is very Egyptian and traditional. The owner lady is very generous. She goes to every table and warmly asks if the food was okay. It’s worth your buck!
Forget about the weird menu item names like "volcano chicken" or "tsunami falafel", or fact that it takes 20 minutes for just a shawarma wrap; it's all worth it. The filling is flavourful, without being dry or dripping sauce all over your lap, and the pita is so crispy on the outside it's like it was wrapped with fatoush! I don't live in the area, else this would be my new shawarma fix, because nothing else I've had compares to this
