One of the best pilates studios in the city! All the instructors are super knowledgeable and sweet! Not to mention the aesthetic of the place will make you feel so zen and at home.

It is a great studio with lovely and well educated teachers. You really get into the move! I highly recommend muse movement

I have recently taken a Pilates Deep class through their new online option Zoom, and it was amazing! There were mod's for a lack thereof in-home props, and suggestions galore. Same Muse energy, but in my own home! Highly recommend :

The space is warm, friendly and very well equipped. The instructors are knowledgeable and adept understanding and accommodating the 'pace and skill' of each participant.

This is my favorite pilates studio in Toronto. Whether in person or online every Muse teacher gets you moving mindfully and leaves your body feeling great :
