Mula Yoga is a beautiful, airy, 2400sq.ft. studio tucked away in the Queen West neighbourhood.
At Mula Yoga, we offer complimentary tea, filtered water and towels. Manduka mats are available to rent for 2$.

This is an amazing studio with a great culture and vibe.  There is a nice variety of classes and lots of opportunity to grow you practice. I've been very impressed with how thought out the classes are.  Be prepared to work hard in any of the advanced or energy classes.

I've gone to basically every single studio in central/west Toronto, and Mula is my favourite. It's not the bells and whistles - it's the EXCELLENT teaching, best I've ever had, namely and especially from Hana Lukac, the studio owner. Don't hesitate if you want a kickass, deep, strong practice.

My friend took me here for my birthday for a Mat Pilates class and I’ve been going since! I love the restorative classes. I’m not the biggest yoga person, so this has been a great way to get into trying my hand at the yoga classes. I like the meditation aspect and that it’s not a competitive atmosphere. Thank you!

I'm a regular!  Feels great from the moment you get off the main roads into the cool residential area.  I particularly like classes with Hana and Amica. They push you, know their stuff, and throw off mad zen! :
