Practise pilates in the heart of downtown Toronto or Caledon! CORE Studio offers a boutique- style studio with smaller class sizes to ensure individualized attention and high-quality instruction.

Wonderful reformer classes. Beautiful studio with great instructors.

the instructor for the core barre class was counting really off, and i found that the speed/rhythm of reps always threw me off. i like that it is a small class size so it is more personalized but nothing special, i probably won't be coming back

It was the best Mat Pilates class I have never had. Instructor Alice is very fun, friendly, detail and professional. She pay attention your posture,  gently correct your position and push you forward. I enjoy the class a lot!

I am new to pilates and i can say I am now a lifer xo

I've been going to Core for at least 10 years hard to believe! and I love it. It's small, so the experience is very personal and the instructors are absolutely top drawer. Everyone is very friendly, pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend it!!!
