Story

Whole Life Balance is a leading holistic wellness center founded in Santa Monica, CA and now open in Toronto, ON (Canada) on the vibrant King St West. We work individually with our clients to help them achieve their health and lifestyle goals by identifying specific areas of need and focusing treatment on the root causes of their issues, not just the symptoms.

Whole Life Balance incorporates a variety of treatment protocols, including but not limited to: Vitamin IV Drip Therapy, Nutritional Counselling, Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST), Massage Therapy(RMT), Acupuncture, Aerial Fitness, Yoga, Pilates and Personal Training. Our process in determining which of our services best fits a client’s needs involves both a thorough medically-supervised evaluation and advanced nutritional assessment.

At Whole Life Balance, we recognize that you are a unique individual. A “one-size-fits-all” approach to health may work for some, but not us – we hand-tailor our treatment for each client’s specific needs in order to fully achieve our mutual goal: optimal health.
