The staff where friendly and pleasant, restaurant was clean with easy parking. I gave them  4 stars only because I found the meat bland with no flavor. I like mine a little spicy but that’s my personal choice.

Had a amazing experience at this location.  The burrito maker was such a positive being, she even toasted it extra so it wouldnt fall apart on me!   Definitely recommend.     Was a tad bit cold in here though.Food: 5/5

Bad experience.  Flavourless, all of the sauce was lodged at the end of the burrito. If you order pickup online and don't tip, they make a conscious effort to be rude to you.  If your boss doesn't pay you enough, not my problem!  Tipping culture in Canada is getting worse.  Maybe if you were not rude the first time, and the food was actually decent, we would tip next time.  I recommend choosing another location, or picking something more authentic.

This gonna be the last time I'm visiting. Went during the closing time. Took the sautéed veggie bowl. They added ton of rice but very very little sautéed vegetables. only 2 toppings. Salsa is one among the topping. Sick of this store. I use to love Mucho burrito 2 years ago but go. And the staffIndian girl behaving as if she is paying out of her pocket when I ask for extra sautéed vegetable. That's the only protein I'm adding to my bowl. Doesn't make sense paying $17 for this.

Mucho Burrito is pretty much as good as it gets for fast food burritos in Calgary. Though not particularly authentic it does fill a bit of a niche in the market. This location is usually not too busy but they can run out of some veggies. As you might be able to see from the photo, not the best care and attention is given to wrapping and that can lead to a bit of a messy experience. The Quarry Park and Crowfoot locations usually have their process a little more dialed in from my experience.  Staff are generally friendly and they do a good job of keeping too many people from loitering inside the restaurant. I visit this location 1-2 times a month and it is usually quite clean and orderly.

I don't usually like Mexican food no offense.. but this place is really great! Diverse options and delicious food. The hosts were also very kind and didn't seem to mind my "stupid" questions. The serving size is also pretty big and cheap for the price coming from a guy who eats a lot . Would totally recommend this place!

Its a great joint and staff is really friendly and cooperative. You for something more reasonably they wont say no. Good mucho joint!

Very good place! They are open later, it is great if you have to eat late

Worst location ever. Their heaters are not working in this cold weather. Imagine how family with kids can survive and they aren’t even sorry about it.

Food was terrible, portion sizes abysmal for the cost, receipt not given, menu doesn't reflect online menu, ingredients weren't fresh at all, meat was dry, and the food was cold. Such a shame, hoped it would be like chipotle, but was very wrong. Save your money and eat elsewhere.
