Went for drinks one night and breakfast the next day. So, two reviews in one. Overall, really good. The service was excellent and attentive. Even when things took a little longer due to how busy they were, we were always getting an update. Deserts and drinks during the evening were solid. A simple Grey Goose Vodka martini was the only major disappointment. I wanted a very dry martini and it was the opposite. Oh well. The breakfast the next day was quite good. Excellent service again. I really enjoyed the avocado toast. Coffee really needs to be improved hence the 4 Star review. Really good overall with the need for a little improvement on martinis and get that coffee tasting more like actual coffee.

We have dined here a few times, once for lunch and for breakfast, and enjoy it. The food is really interesting, well crafted, and beautiful.  The breakfast menu was small, options wise, but had some great dishes. Would highly recommend the Omelette con Salsa Verde.  The service is always friendly and efficient. The bonus is the location and decor, the interior style is stunning. We can’t wait to come back and sit on the outdoor patio.

Love the decor, the food and the staff was great.  Be ready for a bunch of fun spice filled flavours. The bar has nice cocktails and wine and we always had a full glass of water all night. Shared a number of plates and enjoyed them all.  You can see the kitchen and you can tell they take pride in the park they do.  We will be going back soon to try more dishes, and try some lesser rebound but tasty dishes.  If you are expecting a typical Mexican food place you will be disappointed. If you want food that you have probably never had before full of flavours to make your taste buds pop you will be happy.  Meal fell into the not eat at this place every month range but was definitely a celebration or I want to spend good mo et on good food ranges

Very cool atmosphere inside the restaurant. Highly recommend the happy hour menu items. Prices are quite steep but worth it for the tacos and tostadas. The portion sizes for the mains are very generous. The braised beef short ribs were covered in a flavorful sauce but the meat severely lacked seasoning. The confit pork shoulder was just average and bland.

I recently had the absolute pleasure of enjoying a leisurely lunch at Fonda Fora. I had two tacos, one pork belly and one fish. The tortillas were outstanding - some of the best I have ever had.  The fillings were very well prepared and the flavours were beautifully harmonious - and the churros    The margaritas were pretty tasty too!

We liked the appitizers and drinks but the main dishes disappointed us.  The beef short rib we got didn't have much taste. All the taste came from the sauce. The next time we come we might focus on happy hour.

The decor was beautiful! The wait staff was awesome! And the foood?! WOW!!!! Hit after hit of flavour! Absolutely delicious! We went there with a table of 5 and no complaints at all! Suggested it to everyone!

Came here for our anniversary dinner and everything was so good! We had the guacamole that was very large and was seasoned to perfection, the tuna tostada which was legendary, the pork tacos which was a slab of basically pork belly.. it was so good and the papas bravas - wow. Rich and amazing. The service was great too we had staff check in on us a good amount of times! Will definitely return!

Had one of the nicest meals in ages here tonight. Great atmosphere and service. The highlights for me - in reverse where the mango desert and churros and then the tuna tostadas and some of the appies. The cocktails were fantastic too. I’ll be back.

This review is based on the dining experience on visa infinite dinner, might not be the usual menu at Fonda Fora. The experience that night was amazing! The atmosphere, the service, the food and beverage were fun and enjoyable. The food itself, I found it a bit on a salty side. Giving it a Mexican theme and Mexican restaurant, I would expect more of the heat and flavor. But overall experience was great.
