I discovered a leak near my hot water tank on a Sunday night. I was able to get it under control that night and got on the phone first thing Monday morning. By mid-morning I had Riley was at my door. Once we discussed options I decided to go for a full hot water tank exchange. While Riley prepared to remove my old tank Tanner was on his way with a new one. Both were professional and courteous. A big thanks to Riley, Tanner, and Mike for getting my repair scheduled in quickly and getting my home back to normal. Mr. Mike's Plumbing is highly recommended.

Don't have enough good things to say about this company! Water started pouring out of our hot water tank, and could have easily flooded the basement. I turned the water off to the tank, called them, and they were here the next day. (Could have been here the same day, but I didn't think it was an emergency.) They replaced the tank, checked our 2 furnaces, and capped off a pipe in our crawl space. Both Mike and Riley were extremely knowledgable, and friendly - not to mention they left the area cleaner then it was when they arrived! They were very careful not to do any damage when they removed the old tank and brought in the new one. EXTREMELY PROMPT & REASONABLE Would definitely recommend.

Several months ago we had a pipe leak from our ensuite into our garage. Tanner came out and did a quick repair without any problems. 10 days before Christmas we got a second leak and we made the decision to replace all the grey piping in the house before a major disaster occurred. Several hours after Mike came in to do an estimate our hot water tank broke and water and Mike came out at 9:30 pm to see what the leak was- the water was coming out of the top of our hot water tank. The tank was replaced the next day, wonderful! The guys came out and in 3 days replaced everything. The good part- they were very nice guys, worked hard to get it done and made sure everything was kept clean while they worked. We always had at least 1 bathroom working and the kitchen was done while we were all out, so never had to manage without the kitchen. Now the bad- they left one day and our house was getting colder, found out they had turned off the furnace and forgotten to flip the switch back on. This was not a big deal, because my husband knew how to turn it back on. They took a panel off the front of a bathroom cabinet and chipped it, scratched an oak door going into our storage room, but to be honest Mike said he will have it repaired at his cost. The drain pipe from the washer was not put back into the drain in the wall and on Christmas Eve we had water all over the place. Fortunately we were home and able to clean it up quickly so no damage was done. The heat tape on the pipes into our en-suite was removed with the old tubing and not replaced and we have had 13 days in the last month in which we have not had water in there. Our humidifier has not been reinstalled. The absolute worst thing is that we had 36 holes cut into our drywall and ceilings, of which 14 are in knockdown ceiling. Most of our holes will be fixed without a trace, but Freddie (the finishing guy) told us our knockdown will never look the same. It will be way more than Mike estimated for the repairs and there were no samples of the colours kept to match the paint. I have left messages for Mike which were not returned. I wish we had been told this was going to happen before we agreed to have the place re-plumbed, but even Freddie said he's never seen so many holes. So very disappointed.

If I could give them a zero I would. Absolutely the worst service ever. After they left and had torn apart my basement for a clogged toilet (yeah, right) they told me casually that my hot water tank/furnance was missing a piece and was essentially going to blow up. In a panic I called an immediate response to a furnace company who came and showed me the so called "missing" piece. Everything was fine except now my basement is torn up and there is a leak where there wasn't before .... Suspiciously in the area he was "working". Oh did I mention that apparently this plumber is also a lawyer because he was giving out false legal advice like free candy on top of telling me my house was going to blow up. WORST company I have ever seen.

Tanner O'Brian from Mike's Plumbing came by to check out our leaking claw-foot tub on the 2nd level. We were expecting a disaster situation due to the leak apparently coming from a drain pipe in the floor. Tanner took his time to carefully test and check all components and discovered it was a very simple (and cheap!) fix. That's not the main reason for giving him 5/5 stars - he went out of his way to walk us through the house and teach us how to solve simple issues on our own. He provided insight on the plumbing basics and had good old fashion genuine customer service. From the first call I made to when Tanner left our house the service was outstanding and more importantly GENUINE. Thanks Tanner, Mike & Allison.
