Technician was prompt and friendly. Worked with us regarding financials. They realized they didn't understand how to fix the faucet and then tried to charge us $170 to, essentially, simply uninstall our faucet. Negotiated after we explained we were feeling ripped off. 
FYI: there are three levels of cost here: the home visit is separate from "servicing" (which essentially means diagnosing the issue), but "repairing" is a completely separate fee on top of the other two. So, in most cases you'll be paying at least three separate charges.

Friendly servicemen and the job went very late.

They came within one hour after the initial contact. The work was quick and very clean, The broken hot water heater was replaced and the new system was on service again in 2 hours. Many thanks.

Service tech. Came in a Saturday morning. They said between 8-10. Got a call at 8 and he told me when he would be here. He did a detailed inspection first.
