So far, so good. Many years ago our basement backed up. Used a different company and it didn't last. Within two years it backed up on a Sunday and needed to do an emergency call. Roto-Rooter got there quick and fixed it up and has never been a problem since.

More recently I had a problem with a leaky tub. I could see a small water stain on the ceiling below it. Called Roto-Rooter again. Came the next day. Very professional. Not only that, he told me how to very inexpensively fix it myself, and charged me nothing at all. 

Great service. Next time I need a plumber will call them again.

Dan our plumber was very helpful and did a great job flushing our pipes to our new home. He was right on time and finished fast. He also answered any questions we had about maintenance. Would recommend in Calgary!

My sewer backed up and with the help of the receptionist I was able to get in contact quickly with the plumber Richard who arrived 15 minutes later. Richard cleaned the line to the alley twice and removed all the roots from my trees. He worked quickly and thoroughly explaining what he was doing and although the job exceeded slightly the quoted one hour cost I was only charged for one hour and received the senior's discount as well. I will recommend Roto-Rooter to everyone I know. I would appreciate it if the receptionist (who I understand was new) and also Richard  who responded so quickly and did such a great job could both be acknowledged by the company management for their excellent service.

My drain is open, which is great. It's running as good, or better than it did prior to it clogging up.  The service was quick (next day following my phoned in service request) and relatively painless (our carpets were stained in several areas and I had to steam clean them). I'd use them again, and in fact I did. This is the second time I've used them in the last five years. Thank you Roto-Rooter.
