I called a few days after my toilet water wouldn’t fill. Chris came around 6:30pm, after hours. He tried to flush the toilet and it worked! He looked in my furnace room where the piping goes and could tell right away that lines to that toilet had previously been frozen during the cold snap we had. He recommended I put a heater in that area when it’s really cold out. The best thing was when I offered him money for his time he politely declined! This company really cares about my welfare! Thanks Chris, it was a great experience having you over and I'll be calling you again

Service tech came to my apartment to install my toilet, I ordered the wrong size of toilet and Chris (the service tech) said it was no problem and that he could find a replacement in a couple hours. Soon after Chris came back with a better brand of toliet, installed it and took the old toilet away. Chris was wonderful to work with, very friendly and provides great customer service. Fully recommend these guys, will definitely be calling them again.
