Had a difficult chore with duvet and 2 pillows. 100% down. Took longer. They phoned to let me know. But didn't charge. Customer service....finally shows itself here. Highly recommend. Will take my dry/special cleaning here ALWAYS. Thanks so much in getting this done.

fast washing machines.... dryers not so much. very clean place and polite staff.

Overpriced, some dryers don't work well. When I was there one of the washers was flooding the floor. Not very many baskets and there wasn't a debit machine.

As a self employed individual with little time, I use their drop-off service all the time for personal laundry and my work uniforms. A very well run operation.
