Super nice lady running the place! We didn't get to wash our clothes at our hotel in Banff so coming here to such a great place at a low price was amazing for us.

Don't go there late on weekends, it is packed of people... It's better if you go at around 9am or 10am. The staff is ok, not the most friendly, even a circus wouldn't make them laugh...
