Very happy with the service i received. I booked Grimebusters to come in and clean my apartment when i moved. They also steam cleaned my carpets. My apartment was in pretty good condition when i moved out ( or so i thought ) but seeing it after all the cleaning was completed i was blown away. The cleaners quite obviously have an amazing eye for detail and were absolutely wonderful to deal with. Everyone i came into contact with from this company, from the initial booking to the ending transaction went out of their way to make sure i was more than happy and comfortable with every detail of the service. They have definitely won me over and i will be continuing use them for any cleaning service in the future! Good job Grimebusters!

Booking Grime Busters for cleaning our retail space after a roof replacement seemed really easy and the woman that came out to have a look was really nice and detailed and seemed like she would handle the job with care and cleanliness. Well that all changed when they finally came to do the work. Our store and office space have expensive fixtures and displays so we were adamant that they need to be careful when they were cleaning. The owner seemed arrogant and told us they do this all the time and we should stay out of their way. They were in the process of loading large scaffolding pieces into our small office which made us really uneasy as our desks and cabinets are white so they are easily scratched and dented. We brought up the concern that we didn't want our stuff banged and would prefer to have them do the tall cleaning in the office with ladders rather than the scaffolding. Again arrogance so when we told the owner that they would be paying for anything damaged he told his workers to pack everything up and they were leaving. It was kind of funny really as it seemed like if they had to be careful then they didn't want the job. It was actually a blessing in disguise as they probably would have done damage then we would have had to fight them for payment. The kicker in this whole thing is they scuffed our VCT floor from putting down the scaffolding down without drop sheets and now it is not coming off. Thanks for that. I don't know if they do good cleaning but their customer service sucks.

Grimebusters does it all! I've been working with them for the past year and have had nothing but positive experiences from the beginning. Very happy with services! My basement flooded due to the recent rains and Grimebusters immediately came to my house. Even at 9 pm on a Sunday there was a technician at my house withen an hour of me calling them and they cleaned everything up so fast that there was only minimal damage. The technicians were amazingly accommodating and very knowledgeable and professional. Grimebusters is now my go to for anything to do with cleaning!

I recently had grimebusters come in for a home cleaning and WOW what an amazing job they did. I have a long haired dog and anyone with a dog knows how time consuming cleaning all of that hair up really is. I paid grimebusters for a four hour session and they were be able to clean above and beyond what I thought four hours would get me. Thank you for doing such an amazing job! I would definitely recommend their services to anyone.
